Salman is a former financial services professional with extensive commercial business/NGO experience and strong strategy, digital innovation, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Management skills. His career to date has been characterised by his ability to successfully lead strategic change and deliver transformational results that has helped organisations generate significant results as a change of their strategy.

 
In his professional career, Salman has worked with Islamic Bank of Britain (now Al Rayan Bank), Dubai Islamic Bank in the UAE, Muslim Aid (UK and Sweden), Islamic Help Australia and QC-UK. Salman is of Pakistani origin but spent majority of his life in Bahrain moving to the UK in 2001. He speaks fluent Urdu, Punjabi and conversational Arabic.
